Q: Ordering Information
Wholesale Order
Wholesale order is shipped according to availability at our China operation. If time matters, please feel free to contact us for stock status before you place an order.
Please note that while we have most of the popular items (such as 8550 ball) in stock, some other items may require special order from the factory and this may take from 1 to 4 weeks (may take even longer if the article is not currently under regular production). There maybe a delay exceeding the estimated shipping date, depending on many factors such as season, quantity, demands, etc. Please understand that we do not provide urgent, rush, or any similar kind of service. However, you can be assured that we will do our best within our control to fulfil your order as soon as possible.
Production Order
Due to the large attribute combinations available, some items, especially vaja settings, are made-to-order. Our typically take 1 to 4 weeks for production and may take longer than 4 weeks due to uncontrollable factors such as demands and seasons. We will do our best on factors under our control to ensure your items are sent as soon as possible.
Q: How to get to VAJA Crystal ?
VAJA Crystal is located in Pujiang City Zhejiang province, only 300 km from China's largest city of Shanghai, welcome to visit our factory, you can reach the Shanghai Pudong International Airport, our Shanghai office people will pick up you.
Q: Delivery and Carriage
There are three ways to deliver the goods.
One is Express ,such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex .The charge of them is from US$ 10.0/KG to US$ 15.0/KG if We pay the freight in China. It is most convenient because of door to door. This method is suitable to a few goods such as less than 20KG.
Another is air parcel, you should go to airport to take the goods youselves. The charge is cheaper than express, but you should pay the charges of Customs clearance and we should pay the charges of clearance of goods, these charges are fixed no matter what weight or volume it is. This method is suitable to the goods which are more than 100KG,
The rest one is ocean shipping, it is rather cheap, and it will take about 15-30 days to the port if you are in the North America or the Europe.
In general, we deliver the samples by Express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex, and ship the goods of order by ocean shipping.
Q: Payment
By irrevocable L/C at sight, By T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before the shipment.
Q: Claims and returns
Normally, we always send samples to your confirmation before you place an order. If there are some defective products, you can return them and we will make amends for the freight of these defective products. Certainly, you can also ask us to replace these defective products as soon as possible. We will pay all freights for them.
